Please read these terms carefully before enrolling your device in our protection program.
Every device enrolled in the protection program must be formally registered at the time of policy issuance. Registration requires accurate device identifiers including:
The purpose of device registration is to establish a verified digital identity for the insured device. This ensures that the exact device being protected can be clearly identified throughout the life of the policy.
Proper registration helps prevent disputes during claims processing and reduces the risk of fraudulent claims involving unrelated or substituted devices.
The insurer reserves the right to verify device identifiers through manufacturer databases, network operators, or internal verification systems prior to activating coverage.
This policy provides protection against defined risks that may affect the insured device during the coverage period. Covered risks typically include:
Coverage applies only to sudden and unforeseen incidents that render the device partially or completely unusable.
Not covered: Cosmetic damage, gradual deterioration, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.
The sum insured represents the maximum financial liability assumed by the insurer for the insured device during the active policy period.
This value is determined based on:
Settlement may take the form of repair, replacement, or reimbursement up to the defined coverage limit. Depreciation may be applied for older devices.
The premium represents the fee paid in exchange for device protection. Premium amounts are calculated based on:
Payments accepted via: Mobile money, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or other officially supported platforms.
Coverage remains active only while premium payments remain current.
Coverage becomes active only after successful device registration and confirmation of the required premium payment. Certain forms of coverage may be subject to a short verification or waiting period before they become fully active to confirm device details, ownership information, and physical condition.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe through designated platforms. Submissions require supporting documentation such as photographs, proof of ownership, incident descriptions, and any additional requested information. The insurer will evaluate through technical assessment and verification.
All claims must be supported by documentation confirming legitimate ownership including purchase receipts, original packaging, device registration records, or IMEI matching policy registration details. This protects both insurer and policyholders.
Approved claims are resolved through professional repair via authorized service partners whenever possible. If repair isn't feasible, a replacement device of comparable specifications or financial reimbursement within policy limits will be provided.
Policies may include limits on the number of claims permitted during a policy period to promote responsible usage and prevent abuse. Limits vary depending on policy tier and claim nature.
Each policy is issued for a defined coverage period. Policyholders may renew subject to updated device condition assessments and revised premium calculations. Renewal ensures continuous protection.
Policies may terminate due to non-payment, fraudulent claims, misrepresentation, or voluntary cancellation. Upon termination, coverage benefits immediately cease.
The insurer maintains strict verification procedures to protect program integrity. The company reserves the right to investigate suspicious claims, verify identifiers, request additional documentation, and collaborate with network operators or authorities. Fraudulent claims may result in policy cancellation and legal action.
Strong fraud prevention measures protect program sustainability and ensure legitimate policyholders continue to receive reliable protection.
